Our automated weld cladding station incorporating the latest twin hot wire GTAW process which is utilised to overlay miscellaneous components with required parent material, stainless steel or Inconel consumables. This process is augmented by an extensive range of conventional SMAW, SAW, FCAW and GTAW resources supported by a very comprehensive library of weld procedure specifications endorsed by Certifying Authority encompassing a varied cross-section of materials, consumables and configurations. This is instrumental in the reclamation of worn or damaged capital equipment; the provision of protective overlays for components, and the fabrication of structures for both on and offshore locations.

Our  experienced Multi Coded Welders work with all materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, Kunifer and corrosion resistant inlaying materials such as Inconel and Monel, along with over 100 weld processes.
